My Home Group is better known for gated apartment communities in Hyderabad, and its Bangalore plans follow the same idea: big townships with tall towers, open space and everyday shops inside the gates.
Five apartment projects are on our list. One is at new launch, one is at pre launch and three are upcoming. Four are on the east side around Whitefield and the Hoskote Road, and one is in North Bangalore at Thanisandra.
Home sizes run from about 1,100 sq ft for a 2 BHK to about 2,610 sq ft for a 4 BHK. Below, the projects are grouped by stage, so you can see which ones are close to booking and which are still early.

New LaunchWhitefield AnnexA forest-themed township of about 52 acres. The first phase has eight towers of 38 to 44 floors, with 4 to 6 homes on each floor and a Purple Line station 2–3 km away.
Plans are ready and early interest is being collected.
Pre LaunchKonadasapuraPhase 1 of a large gated township on SH-35. Budigere Cross is about 1 km away, Old Madras Road about 2 km, and about 70% of the land is planned as open space.
Still at planning stage. Sizes and RERA numbers are awaited.
UpcomingWhitefield–Hoskote RdA planned mixed-use township on about 52 acres with 5,735 homes, shops and offices. Plans show towers up to 46 floors, two parks and around 2,600 trees.
UpcomingKadugodi RoadAn early listing for the Whitefield side, open for expression of interest only. Homes range from 2 to 4 BHK and plans are still being shaped.
UpcomingThanisandraThe group's north Bangalore address. Manyata Tech Park is a short drive away and the Outer Ring Road and Hebbal flyover are close by. Land size and towers are yet to be shared.

Several names may point to the same Konadasapura land. Always ask which tower and RERA number a price belongs to.
Sizes are super built-up and approximate.
Best for couples and small families. Konadasapura lists about 1,100–1,260 sq ft and Codename Anandam about 1,255–1,450 sq ft.
The most common choice. Konadasapura shows 1,500–1,900 sq ft and Codename Anandam 1,600–2,100 sq ft.
Large homes for joint families. Konadasapura lists 2,130–2,200 sq ft and Codename Anandam 2,200–2,610 sq ft.
Konadasapura also mentions about 1,280–1,320 sq ft for a 2.5 BHK with a flexible study.
Codename Anandam towers have 4 to 6 homes per floor, which keeps lifts less crowded.
Anandam towers reach 38 to 44 floors, while Konadasapura Phase 1 is planned at ground plus 20.
These come from public listings and are not final. The approved plan will confirm them.
Listings mention a large clubhouse, a multipurpose hall and indoor game rooms.
Swimming and kids pools, a gym and a fitness studio are listed for the townships.
Courts for tennis and badminton, skating, play zones and a senior citizens' area are planned.
Konadasapura plans about 70% open space, and the Whitefield–Hoskote plan shows 5.14 acres of landscape with about 2,600 trees.
Co-working lounges, convenience retail and a community centre are part of the township idea.
Gated entry with CCTV, 24×7 security, power backup, water treatment and solar water heating are listed.
A simple look at each address and what is nearby.
Whitefield Annex sits on the Kadugodi side of Whitefield. The listing puts a Purple Line station 2–3 km away, Old Madras Road 3–5 km and ITPL 6–8 km.
Konadasapura is a village near Budigere Cross on SH-35. Budigere Cross is about 1 km away, Old Madras Road about 2 km and Orion Uptown Mall about 1.5 km.
On the same Konadasapura stretch. Public planning notes give Whitefield railway station at about 5.7 km, the Kadugodi Tree Park metro at about 8.8 km and ITPB at about 10 km.
Kadugodi Road is part of the established Whitefield IT belt in East Bangalore, close to the Purple Line, schools and hospitals.
Thanisandra Main Road links Hennur Road and Hebbal. Manyata Tech Park is a short drive, Yelahanka about 10 km and the airport about 30 km.
Because these projects are early, a careful checklist matters.
Match it on rera.karnataka.gov.in before paying.
Ask your lawyer to check the title and approvals.
Ask for carpet area in writing, not just super built-up.
Include GST, floor rise, parking, club and maintenance deposit.
Prefer a plan linked to construction stages.
Get the date in the agreement and ask about delay terms.
The group is new to Bangalore, so look at its Hyderabad communities too.
Visit the land and test the commute at peak hours.
