This is an independent information site. Here is what that means for prices, images, RERA and your decisions.
This website is an independent information and enquiry service for new, upcoming and ongoing My Home Group projects in Bangalore. It is not the official website of My Home Group, My Home Constructions, Sreni Nirman Private Limited or any group company.
We are not the builder, a bank or a government body. We collect information that is publicly available and share it to help buyers compare projects. The names and marks of My Home Group belong to their owners and are used only to describe the projects.
Details on this website, including project names, land area, tower counts, home sizes, amenities, possession dates and RERA status, are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Early-stage projects change often, and different sources can disagree on the same fact.
Please treat everything here as a guide and confirm every detail with the builder's sales team and the official documents before you decide.
Prices marked with an asterisk are indicative and are not an offer from the builder. Where we quote a figure per square foot, it reflects what nearby projects charge, not what My Home Group will charge.
Final prices depend on tower, floor, facing, phase and the payment plan, and they exclude GST, registration, stamp duty, parking, club membership and maintenance deposits. They can change without notice.
Images on this site are artist impressions or representative pictures. They may not show the actual project, its surroundings or its final design. Floor plans, specifications and amenities in any picture are subject to change and to approvals.
A project should hold a valid RERA registration number before it is advertised or sold. Where a card on this site says RERA is applied for, awaited or under process, no number has been issued yet.
Please verify registration on the Karnataka RERA website, rera.karnataka.gov.in, and ask a lawyer to check title, approvals and agreements before paying any booking amount.
We may mention maps, landmarks, metro lines or other places to help you judge distance. Distances are approximate and travel times depend on traffic. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party site.
We do not accept liability for any loss that arises from relying on information on this website. Any decision to book or buy is yours alone, and any agreement is between you and the builder.
When you submit a form on this website, you agree that we and the project sales teams may contact you by phone, SMS, email or messaging apps about My Home projects, even if your number is on a Do Not Disturb list. You can ask us to stop at any time. Please also read our privacy policy.
Send us a note and we will reply during working hours.
