Upcoming projects are those still being planned. The land is bought, but sizes, towers and RERA numbers are yet to be shared. Three My Home projects sit at this stage in Bangalore: Whitefield–Hoskote Road, Whitefield and Thanisandra.
Two of them are on the east side, around Whitefield and Hoskote, and one is in the north near Hennur Road. That gives you a choice of job belt even before launch.

On the same Konadasapura stretch. Public planning notes give Whitefield railway station at about 5.7 km, the Kadugodi Tree Park metro at about 8.8 km and ITPB at about 10 km.
Kadugodi Road is part of the established Whitefield IT belt in East Bangalore, close to the Purple Line, schools and hospitals.
Thanisandra Main Road links Hennur Road and Hebbal. Manyata Tech Park is a short drive, Yelahanka about 10 km and the airport about 30 km.
Use the waiting time well.
Include GST, registration, parking and interiors on top of the base price.
Ask your bank for pre-approval so you know what you can afford.
East suits Whitefield jobs, while North suits Manyata Tech Park and Hebbal.
Search the project name on rera.karnataka.gov.in every few weeks.
Look at at least two other projects in the same area for price and amenities.
